Our
national health organisation has just released a report that I found rather
shocking. It stated that over 65% of all teenagers and young people in this
country experience some form of stress. The report also gave reasons for the
high stress level and made a few suggestions on how to manage stress.
How do you feel about it? I would be
grateful to hear your views.

about the teenager’s stress, I agree whit her. Stress causes more than 50% of illness:
diabetes, depression, anxiety, etc. The stress is the most important healthy
problem of the century.
The stress can be produced by
different thing or situations. One of them is the job and money. “If you work a
lot, you will win a lot of money” is the sentence that your boss says you all
days. So, you become a workaholic, but the money never arrives. For this
reason, many young people feel unsatisfied.
Nowadays, the family can be other
reason to have stress. Globalization and the changes into the society have produced
a lot of possibility to live your life. The traditional family isn’t who decide
about your future. If you do anything that your family not pass, you can feel a
lot of stress.
Another king of stress is the anxiety
for the future. A lot of people are thinking about the problems of the next
year when they must focus in the present. You can change the future, if you
change the present. Is the only way.
In my opinion, the stress isn’t bad.
It is a mechanism to feel there is anything that is bad for us. The most
important is what you do with this feeling. If you don’t do anything you lose.
But, If you work and change the thing or situation, you can improve and win.
You win quality life.
